2. Hosting & Content Delivery

This website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) using S3 storage and CloudFront CDN. Servers are located in the EU (Frankfurt, eu-central-1). Content may be delivered via globally distributed CloudFront edge locations to improve loading speed.

When you visit this website, your IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, and time of access are technically processed to deliver the page content. This is necessary for the operation of the website (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR, legitimate interest in stable and secure website delivery).

Access logging in CloudFront is disabled. No server logs are stored. AWS processes data as a processor under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in compliance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Data transfer to the USA: When content is delivered via non-EU edge locations, data may be temporarily processed in the USA. AWS relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as the legal basis for such transfers.

3. Cookies and Tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics tools, tracking scripts, or fingerprinting technologies. No personal data is collected beyond what is technically necessary for delivering the website.

4. Course Purchases (Ablefy)

Online courses are sold via Ablefy (formerly elopage, Ablefy GmbH, Germany). When you click a purchase link, you are redirected to Ablefy's platform where payment and order processing take place.

Ablefy acts as the merchant of record and processes your payment data, name, e-mail address, and billing address independently. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract). For details, see Ablefy's Privacy Policy.

This website contains links to external services (YouTube, Instagram). When you click these links, you leave this website and the respective privacy policies apply. We have no influence on data processing by these services.

6. Data Retention

Since this website does not collect, store, or process personal data beyond the technical delivery of the page (and logging is disabled), no personal data is retained on our systems. Data processed by Ablefy during purchases is retained according to their privacy policy and applicable tax retention periods (typically 10 years for invoices under German tax law).
